Michael - A energetic and nostalgic biopic

The film stars Jaafar Jackson , Juliano Valdi , Colman Domingo , Nia Long , Milles Teller , Keilyn Durrel Jones and more. It is directed by Antoine Fuqua. Jaafar Jackson as Michael is as close to resurrecting the King Of Pop and it's easy to forget that he isn't actually Michael Jackson , this is true especially during the concert sequences , many of which feel like they could be taken directly from Jackson's actual tours , Jaafar also captures Michael Jackson's smaller mannerisms as well. Juliano Valdi is brilliant as the young Michael Jackson , he captures the once in a generation talent that Michael Jackson had , while also bringing his painful home life and deep feelings of loneliness. Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson is menacing and when we watch him on screen , our blood boils looking at the atrocities he has done to Michael. Nia Long is wonderful as Katherine Jackson. Milles Teller and Keilyn Durrel Jones excel in their roles. The cinematography is excellent and colourful. Overall - A masterful biopic that lives up to the King of Pop's legendary status.
