The film stars Arjun Ashokan, Ishan Shoukath, Roshan Mathew, Vishak Nair, Siddique, Minon, Carmen S Mathew and more. It is directed by debutant Adhvaith Nayar. Arjun Ashokan impresses with his physical capabilities during the fight sequences and his performance as Savio is brilliant. Roshan Mathew is menacing and his performance as Vetri is wonderful especially during emotional sequences.
Ishan Shoukath does a neat and matured performance as Little. Vishak Nair does a good job as Cherian, but his character seems very childish and felt awkward. Carmen S Mathew does a powerful job as Nitro Killi, her fight sequence is fantastic. Siddique does his part well. Minon does a fabulous job as Kunjappan, his commentary during the wrestling sequences is intriguing and energetic.
The story follows three brothers, Savio, Little and Vetri, they share a common interest in wrestling and are called Walter’s boys by the people in Kochi. After living away from Savio and Vetri, Little returns to Kochi and gets to know that Savio is looking for a new job and Vetri is in jail. He convinces Savio to open a wrestling club and form a team. The club becomes a huge success among the people of Kochi and the success of the club irks a few people.
What challenges do Savio and Little face after opening the club? What troubles does Vetri create after getting released from jail? Forms the rest of the story. The director has done a good job in creating a nostalgic effect among WWE fans by showcasing signature moves but the writing is sloppily done especially during the 2nd half. The cameo in the ending is disappointing and is merely a fan service moment that disrupts the flow of the story and makes the climax feel flat.
Music by Shankar Ehsaan Loy is nothing special but it aids to the film’s nature. Cinematography by Anend C Chandran is stunning. The slick visuals and the colour grading and the frames throughout the film, looked very good.
Overall – A timepass film that is nostalgic but isn't impactful due to the weak writing.
