Devara: Part 1 - Visual Spectacle

The film stars Jr. NTR , Janhvi Kapoor , Murali Sharma , Saif Ali Khan and more. The film is directed by Koratala Siva. The film is fully set in the sea, it shows how smuggling weapons affect the country. The film has a lot of stylized action sequences that are very well executed, the pre interval fight caught my eye because there is a amazing shot aligning blood with the moon. NTR proves that he is the man of masses with Devara. Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor have done an amazing job. Though the movie is not very story-driven it still is very entertaining and mostly the film was being carried by NTR. If anyone reading this review has watched Puss in Boots the last wish you might understand the reference i'm going to give, the outfit NTR is wearing in the climax resembles death the villian of puss in boots. It is quite a suprise knowing that the director of Acharya directed this film like nobody would never know. Music by Anirudh is energetic and very tastefully done. If anyone has a format called 4DX in their nearby theatres please do experience it in that format. Overall - A treat for NTR fans.
