The film stars Ranveer Singh , Sanjay Dutt , Arjun Rampal , Sara Arjun , Rakesh Bedi , Madhavan and more. It is directed by Aditya Dhar. Ranveer Singh's perfomance is fabulous as Jaskirat Singh Rangi / Hamza Ali Mazari , he seamlessly transitions between vulnerability , cold calculation , and unhinged ferocity. Sanjay Dutt's perfomance as SP Chaudhary Aslam is great. Arjun Rampal has done his part well as Major Iqbal. Sara Arjun's perfomance as Yalina Jamali is wonderful , especially during the sequence between her and Hamza in the 2nd half of the film. Rakesh Bedi delivers a layered and hilarious performance as Jameel Jamali. Madhavan is a treat to watch as Ajay Sanyal. The story follows the brutal fallout of the first film , where Jaskirat / Hamza is thrust into a sprawling mission of retribution dotted with deep-state conspiracy. Shashwat Sachdev's pulsating score , sharply contrasted with the protagonist's quiet resolve , fuels the narrative. The Karachi-set mafia stands out for its immersive world-building and unbashed action set pieces , using barbaric violence as cinematic language. The mafia-drama has elements of mystery and exuded a relaxed yet striking sense of style and swagger. The 1st half of the film is riveting and fast paced with brutal action blocks. The 2nd half of the film focuses on the killings of all the Pakistani terrorists and offers peak level satisfaction especially when Major Iqbal and Zahoor Mistry are killed. The twist In the ending is simply outstanding and unexpected. Overall - A well-crafted engaging saga
