The film stars Suriya , Trisha Krishnan , RJ Balaji , Indrans , Anagha Ravi , Natty Subramaniam , Swasika and more. It is written and directed by RJ Balaji. Suriya is terrific as Karuppuswamy , his screen presence and aura feels very divine. Trisha Krishnan is great as Preethi. RJ Balaji is excellent as Baby Kannan. Indrans and Anagha Ravi excel in their roles. Natty Subramaniam and Swasika do their parts well. The story follows a corrupt courtroom that destroys the lives of ordinary people , Lord Karuppu descends as a lawyer to battle a predatory legal system and deliver justice to the oppressed. RJ Balaji's writing and direction is powerful and his hardwork has translated on screen wonderfully. The first half is emotional and shows the poor judicial system that we have. The moment Suriya arrives on screen , the film goes into GOD mode and it is clear that Suriya is hungry for a comeback. The interval is insane. The second half is full of whistle-worthy moments , the climax feels a bit like Kantara but it still stands out because of Suriya's performance. The music by Sai Abhyankar is energetic and elevates the film. Cinematography by GK Vishnu is fabulous and the red colour tone suits the film perfectly. Overall - Suriya's comeback
