Ronth - An impactfully done police procedural drama.

The film stars Roshan Matthews , Dileesh Pothan and more. It is directed by Shahi Kabir. After watching Ronth , you get a heavy feeling in your heart and a sense of anger for how pathetic our system is and getting those feelings after watching a film is truly the director's victory. Roshan Matthews has done a good job but some of his expressions are bland. Dileesh Pothan is phenomenal and his character arc makes him shine more. The film is a slow burn thriller but its not boring due to the right balance of intensity and thrills. Some of the humorous moments between Roshan Matthews and Dileesh Pothan are nicely done. Music by Anil Johnson is well done. Cinematography by Manesh Madhavan is brilliant and the night visuals are beautiful. Editing by Praveen Mangalath is neatly done. The writing by Shahi Kabir is impactful and the ending leaves you with a heavy heart. Overall- A must watch for people who love character driven storytelling and moral nuances.
